📝 Employee (CDI) Residence Permit
✅ Eligibility Conditions
You qualify if:
✔ You hold a valid work permit.
✔ You have a Long-Stay Visa (VLS-TS) marked “Salarié”.
✔ You comply with French immigration laws (no criminal record, no OQTF, etc.).
📂 Required Documents
- Passport (valid + copies of visa/stamps)
- Proof of residence (<6 months old)
- 3 passport photos (or e-photo code)
- OFII medical certificate
- Work authorization from employer

- Signed “Commitment to Republican Principles”

🔄 Renewal (After 1 Year)
If still employed:
- Apply 2 months before expiry.
- Submit updated work documents.
- Get a 4-year multi-year permit if eligible.
If unemployed:
- You may get a 1-year extension if registered with France Travail.
⏳ Temporary Worker (CDD) Residence Permit
